When the quality looks great but it’s censored... one of the only games that I think is so good that it overrides its censorship, is Iris Action. They did a great job with the animations and sound.

You play as an over-worked man (called 'Uncle' in this translation) living alone in a small apartment. One day, on your way home from work, a school girl named Yuu approaches and insists you share your apartment with her for 1 week with no immediate explaination. In exchange, she will tend to all the cooking and housework (and sexual favors, of course). If you manage to keep her happy, she might hang around after your allotted time is up.

MORE INFO: In the course of playing, you learn Yuu's parents died in a car accident and she was sent to live with her aunt/uncle, whom her parents had bad-blood with. Her aunt/uncle took out their displeasure with her deceased parents on Yuu. She's made many attempts to repair the relationship, and running away from home was her latest attempt to get them to look her way.
